Online bookings
Blissful Connections Counselling uses Acuity Scheduling to manage online appointments. Information required to arrange and manage your appointment may be processed through Acuity and its service providers.
Acuity may also provide limited appointment event information to our website analytics where this functionality has been enabled.
Website analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and interact with our website and to measure website and advertising performance.
Google Analytics may collect information about website activity, such as pages visited, website interactions, referral source, device and browser information and approximate geographic information.
We may also use Google Ads and Meta advertising services, including the Meta Pixel, to measure advertising performance.
Blissful Connections Counselling does not intentionally provide client names, email addresses, telephone numbers, counselling records, clinical notes, intake information, questionnaire responses or information disclosed during counselling sessions to Google Analytics or advertising platforms.
Our website analytics and advertising measurement are separate from our confidential counselling records.

Email communications
We use MailerLite to manage some email communications and downloadable resources.
